Björn believes organizations already have everything they need to become what they want to be. The knowledge, the people, the potential—it's all there. It's just hard to see when you're in the middle of it. You get caught up in patterns, habits, stories about who you are. That's human. And sometimes it helps to have someone from outside who sees things differently.

That's what he does. He shows curiosity. He asks questions. And he shares what he sees—even when it's uncomfortable. Because sometimes it helps when someone says out loud what everyone feels but hasn't yet found the words for.

And then he sticks around. Standing beside you when things get hard. Thinking things through when momentum stalls. Coming back when needed, even years later.

Björn has worked with several clients multiple times over the years. Because we've built something—trust, a shorthand, an understanding, they know he'll reach out when he notices something. And he knows they'll call when things get tough.

What Björn builds on

Björn has spent over 25 years working with mid-sized service providers on complex change. Along the way, I've gathered methodologies to navigate uncertainty: the William Bridges Transition Model (certified for over 10 years), the Kotter methodology for change (I'm the first certified Kotter trainer in the Benelux), LEGO® Serious Play®, Theory U, and Service Design.

But methodologies are just tools. What matters is whether you see what's really going on—and whether you have the guts to name it.
